Warehouse Coordinator7am – 3pm) $1000 signing bonus once hired permOversees all inbound and outbound logistics, reviews packing lists, and other documentation related to inventory control. This position also oversees silo material loading and regular cycle counts. Taking over for a long-time employee who retired.Responsibilities include but not limited to: Loading outbound freight and unloading and counting inbound freight with tow motor. Building and preparing pallets for shipping. Staging material from production for shipment. Loading materials into silo storage from bulk trucks. Loading and unloading full and partial shipments. Handle all shipping and receiving. Staging and preparing materials for the following week of production. Checking production orders. Manage return to stock materials Cleaning, organizing and maintaining the warehouse. Training will include other duties on the production floor to help understand all positions and processes. Inventory control – end of week and year end. Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management.Skills and Requirements: Tow motor driving Must be able to read and write, self-manage, read a tape measure and know basic math Must be able to work in a team environment Excellent communication skills Strong time management skills Able to lift 50 pounds Able to use hand tools such as hammers, circular saw, table saw, band saw and nail gun Able to multitask and self-organize Must have worked in a general warehouse setting Follow written safety procedures Regular and punctual attendance Overtime may be needed at times
