You’ll work directly with our CEO and Head of Sales, lead a growing team, manage outside
agencies, and own the full marketing function - from strategy and messaging to digital demand
generation and brand awareness.

💼 What You’ll Own
As the Marketing Leader, you’ll guide the strategy, team, tools, and execution for all five
brands, with primary focus on Qualigence International. You’ll be responsible for:
✅ Strategy & Planning
• Develop a full-year marketing strategy and execution plan for each brand
• Align marketing initiatives with sales goals, brand positioning, and company vision
• Build and manage marketing calendars for campaigns, product launches, and key
content
✅ Demand Generation
• Create and optimize digital marketing funnels to drive and convert inbound leads
• Partner with sales to build messaging, automations, and outreach sequences
• Increase qualified traffic, drive lead generation, and boost conversion rates
✅ Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership
• Elevate the voice of our brands through articles, interviews, media placements, and
content
• Build visibility for our founder and key executives as industry thought leaders
• Ensure brand consistency and bold messaging across every channel
✅ Digital Execution
• Oversee email marketing, SEO, paid media, organic social, and lead nurturing
• Grow our audience of followers and convert them into qualified leads
• Manage performance analytics and leverage data to improve outcomes
✅ Team & Vendor Leadership
• Lead and grow a team of two internal marketing professionals
• Manage relationships with external agencies (web, automation, creative)
• Build systems and processes that allow marketing to scale

🧬 What We’re Looking For
• 5 years leading marketing strategy and execution across multiple brands or business
units
• Experience in B2B professional services, staffing/recruiting, or leadership development
is a plus – but not required
• Strong digital marketing and demand generation experience - with KPIs tied to revenue
• Data-savvy and performance-focused; you thrive in metrics, funnels, dashboards
• Entrepreneurial mindset - you move fast, solve problems, and get things done
• You bring both big-picture thinking and hands-on execution
