Key Responsibilities:
• Support client accounts throughout the sales process
• Prepare quotes, pricing sheets, and sales orders
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Track order details, timelines, and customer requirements
• Maintain reports, dashboards, and account documentation
• Assist with client presentations, sales materials, and follow-up communications
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring a high level of accuracy
Qualifications:
✔ 2–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Account Coordination, Client Services, or a related role
✔ Strong client-facing communication skills
✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Experience managing orders, pricing, and project details
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
✔ Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems preferred
✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
