📢 We’re Hiring: Finance Principal – SEC Reporting / Principal Accountant
📍 Location: Jacksonville, FL (Preferred) | Charlotte, NC
🏢 Work Model: 100% Onsite – 5 Days a Week
📅 Duration: 7 Month Contract

💼 Experience: 5 Years Required; 7 Years Preferred
🔹 Role 1: Finance Principal – SEC Reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review SEC filings, including 10-K and 10-Q reports.
- Support consolidated financial reporting and external disclosures.
- Research and interpret SEC and regulatory guidance.
- Analyze financial statements, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable reporting standards.
- Collaborate with Controllership and auditors to meet filing deadlines.
Required Experience:
- 5 years of relevant experience; 7 years preferred.
- Hands-on SEC reporting and public-company financial reporting.
- Consolidated financial or regulatory reporting experience.
- Ability to apply SEC guidance to financial disclosures.
Preferred: CPA, Accounting/Finance degree, banking or public accounting experience.
🔹 Role 2: Principal Accountant – Technical & Corporate Accounting
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex general ledger activities and account reconciliations.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
- Prepare journal entries and audit workpapers.
- Research and interpret accounting standards and regulatory guidance.
- Support accounting policies, internal controls, and financial disclosures.
- Assist with investment, derivative, and deposit accounting activities.
Required Experience:
- 5 years of relevant experience; 7 years preferred.
- Strong corporate accounting and accounting policy knowledge.
- Ability to independently research and apply accounting guidance.
- Experience with general ledger processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
