Requirements:
• 5 years of personal injury paralegal experience
• Paralegal Certificate required
• Experience with litigation and trial preparation
• Experience assisting with expert witnesses
• Strong understanding of medical records and record summarization
• Drafting discovery experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
• Summarize and subpoena medical records while tracking related documentation
• Review and analyze discovery materials and identify required medical and employment record subpoenas
• Assist with expert witness documentation and coordination
• Manage litigation deadlines and calendaring
• Communicate case developments and pertinent issues to attorneys
• Support trial preparation and case management activities
