About the Role:

Join Qualicare as a Home Care Aide and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Orange County Central. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support in a home setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Monitor health conditions as per care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Transport clients to appointments and assist with mobility.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.
• Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and care procedures.
