Role: Certified Care Aide/Caregiver
As a valued member of our care team, you will support clients in their homes under the supervision of a Care Coordinator, delivering personalized assistance that meets their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene)
- Prepare nutritious meals
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany clients on outings, errands, and appointments
- Provide medication assistance and reminders
- Support with ambulation and mobility
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Follow individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting
- Certified Care Aide Certificate or equivalent
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear TB test or chest X-ray
- Reliable transportation within the Qualicare, Princeton area
- Access to mobile phone and internet
