Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing community. As a Charge Nurse, you will provide exceptional clinical care, oversee resident care, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight during shifts
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with regulations
• Complete resident assessments and update care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Communicate changes in resident condition

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Prior experience in skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
