What You'll Do:
- Provide medication administration, treatments, assessments, and documentation
- Recognize and communicate changes in resident conditions
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and the care team
- Lead, support, and work alongside our CNAs
- Promote safe, compassionate, resident-centered care
What We're Looking For:
- Active LPN or RN license
- Strong clinical judgment and communication
- Dependability, teamwork, and a willingness to jump in
- A genuine passion for residents and the people you work beside
