Summary:
As a Fitness Concierge, you will serve as the primary point of contact for members visiting the fitness center, delivering personalized and attentive service in a refined, welcoming environment. This role blends exceptional hospitality with day-to-day operational support to ensure a seamless member experience. Key responsibilities include greeting members, assisting with class and personal training bookings, processing charges for fitness services, maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the facility, and supporting the fitness team as needed. A passion for health and wellness, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a premium member experience are essential.
- This is a Part time position
- Schedule/Shifts: 7am to 2pm - Saturday and Sunday
- Pay rate: $20

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Open the Pro Shop in the morning.
- Check phone messages from night before and relay them to Director of Athletics or Head Tennis Professional.
- Login into ForeTees and stay logged in.
- Enter lessons, events and programs into Foretees as needed by Director of Athletics.
- Answer phone calls.
- Play tennis and pickleball with members as needed, especially during Round Robins.
- Create Round Robin daily schedule as needed.
- Charges all lessons, clinics and sales and record every lesson in the logbook.
- Charge all stringing and enter every sting job in the stringing logbook.
- Take in end of the shift report at the end of each day to the main Clubhouse.
- Help members with signing up for lessons, clinics, events, or ball machine use.
- Be able to provide important information about all upcoming events and programs that Court Sports Department is offering.
- Set up a ball machine for members as needed.
- Help with cleaning, emptying trash, picking up stray balls, restocking of cups and towels as needed throughout the day.
- Keep cabinets around the ice machine clean and presentable.
- Keep counter in the Pro Shop organized and clean.
- Enter received merchandise in the inventory.
- Order office supplies as needed.
- Create new SKU’s in Jonas for new items as needed.
- Complete inventory process at the beginning of each month.
- Help members register for CTA or Bonita League Teams.
- Provide high level of customer service, according to our service standards.
- Help with event setup as needed.
- Receive racquets for stringing and ask for string and tension preference.
- Puts chairs in neat order and keeps the tables clean after members leave.
- Know where AED is.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Computer: Ability to proficiently use Microsoft office, (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Language: Ability to read, write and comprehend correspondence, memos, and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to employees.
- Mathematics: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

- Possess strong organizational, written and time management skills.
- Exhibit professionalism and leadership qualities through own self-actions.
- Must be compliant with and actively support a drug free workplace.
- Comply with all rules and regulations as stated whether verbal or written.
