Customer Service Sales Rep Cemetery

Pay From: $25 Per Hour
MUST:
5 years of experience providing administrative support, sales support and customer service support
Some experience working for a cemetery or funeral home
Strong customer service skills and compassionate
Experience answering phones in a friendly and professional manner
Experience greeting guests
Comfortable selling cemetery plots
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with ability to create reports, documents, correspondence and spread sheets
Strong documentation and record keeping experience
Document information in database
Maintain inventory
Strong knowledge of history or love working with history
DUTIES:
The duties of the Customer Service Rep-Sales candidate include but are not limited to the following:
Answer phones
Greet guests
Walk guests around the cemetery
Sell cemetery plots
Assist with putting funerals together
Provide administrative support
Create documents correspondence and spread sheets
Respond to emails
Handle record keeping
Document information in databases
Maintain inventory
Assist walk-in clients
Work with ground crews on cemetery work orders
Record burials
Receive and distribute mail and send out mail and packages
Provide support with grave locations and genealogy requests
Assist with setting up services
