Medical Receptionist - Call Center

Pay From: $18 per hour
MUST:
Comfortable working in a medical Call center environment
Medical Scheduling experience
Medical insurance experience (pre-authorizing procedures)
3 plus years of medical office experience
EMR experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service skills
DUTIES:
Answer a high volume of phone calls
Schedules patient appointments and confirms appointments over the phone with patients
Assisting at the front desk as needed
Verify and update patient information in EMR
Provide personal attention and support to patients
Answer questions regarding practice sites
