Quadel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to lead the administration of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program on behalf of Miami-Dade County Housing and Community Development. This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing a large-scale voucher program serving approximately 15,000 households across multiple funding streams, including HCV, VASH, EHV, and special purpose programs.
The Managing Director will drive operational performance, regulatory compliance, voucher utilization, inspections, quality control, landlord engagement, customer experience, and financial accountability while ensuring exceptional service delivery and program integrity.
The ideal candidate is a proven housing leader with significant experience managing Housing Choice Voucher programs in a high-volume, highly regulated environment. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven (7) years of senior leadership experience overseeing public, private, or assisted housing programs. A deep understanding of HUD regulations, SEMAP performance, program operations, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership is essential.
