Location: Middleburg Heights, Ohio hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite per week
Range: $60k-$80k
Purpose:
Quadax, a leader in healthcare revenue cycle management, is seeking an Account Executive to join the Company’s RCS division. The Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, optimizing billing (e.g., insurance, patients and institution) and revenue cycle operations, and ensuring compliance while guiding financial performance for clients. The successful candidate will maintain a strong client partnership while overseeing accounts receivable performance. This role helps ensure clients’ billing and collections processes are optimized, compliant, and aligned with strategic growth objectives while creating trust-based partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- Lead regular client meetings to communicate status of open items, align on solutions, and manage priorities and expectations;
- Advise clients on best practices, billing requirements, industry changes, and compliance matters
- Interpret and apply contract terms, service agreements, and fee schedules
- Develop change requests, quotes, and statements of work through collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Product Management, etc.), directing through internal review, initiating internal review/approval prior to client delivery
- Prepare and review/approve monthly invoices and forecasts in accordance with prevailing client contract
- Analyze reports and data to monitor standard and client-specific financial metrics, including standard and ad hoc reporting
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly accounts receivable trends to clients, highlighting results and improvement opportunities
- Achieve and maintain a thorough understanding of clients’ billing interface with Quadax, including data normalization & billing rules tables/configuration, supporting client understanding, with guidance on future configuration changes
- Assess issues and risks, identify root causes, and recommend solutions, escalating to department and Operational leadership;
- Partner with internal leadership on product enhancements, system reviews, and issue resolution
- Support and guide Project Analysts to in the fulfillment of achieving client billing and revenue objectives
- Manage client-specific projects in partnership with the PMO and internal stakeholders
- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate risks as needed
- Identify opportunities to expand reimbursement services
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field of study
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage client relationships and deliver strong customer service
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of medical billing and revenue cycle management considered a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a premium on Excel knowledge
