Retail Wireless Consultant
Quad City Solutions is seeking motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Retail Wireless Consultants. In this customer-facing role, you will assist customers with wireless products, service options, account needs, and technology solutions while providing a positive and professional retail experience.
No previous wireless experience is required. Paid training is provided. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, coachable, comfortable working with customers, and motivated to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a retail environment to understand their wireless and technology needs
- Explain available wireless products, service plans, promotions, and features
- Recommend products and services based on individual customer needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer questions
- Assist with new customer enrollments, account updates, and service selections
- Build positive relationships and provide ongoing customer support
- Maintain knowledge of current wireless products, promotions, and service offerings
- Work toward individual and team sales and customer service goals
- Participate in paid training, daily meetings, and ongoing professional development
- Maintain a professional and welcoming customer experience
Qualifications
Previous experience is not required. We welcome candidates from a variety of professional and educational backgrounds.
Transferable experience may include:
- Retail sales
- Customer service
- Hospitality or restaurant experience
- Wireless or telecommunications
- Brand ambassador or promotional experience
- Client relations
- Team leadership
- Competitive or team sports backgrounds
- Military experience or military-related leadership experience
Individuals who are coachable, competitive, goal-oriented, team-minded, and comfortable communicating with peoplemay transition well into this position.
Compensation & Benefits
- $12.00–$16.00 per hour
