Quad City Solutions is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Account Representative.
This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in customer service, client relations, account management, sales, business development, and leadership. No specific industry experience is required, and paid training is provided.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to provide information about products and services
- Assist with customer accounts, onboarding, and service-related questions
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and help provide appropriate solutions
- Follow up with customers and provide ongoing account support
- Maintain accurate customer and account information
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and company goals
