Quad Cities Wellness Clinic is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Family Medicine Physician to join our growing independent medical practice on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for a physician seeking a flexible schedule while practicing high-quality medicine in an environment that values relationships, prevention, and innovation over volume.

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physician to join our team on a part-time basis to see patients and provide mentorship to mid-level providers.
Responsibilities
- Annual wellness exams
- Acute and chronic disease management
- Preventive care
- Medication management
- Referrals and patient education
- Documentation in the EHR
- Opportunities to provide HRT, weight management, and lifestyle medicine services
Schedule
Flexible: one day per week or several clinic days per month.
No call. No weekends.
Qualifications
MD/DO; Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine; Illinois license (or eligible); DEA registration.
