Grant Writer / 21st Century Program CoordinatorReports To: Superintendent of SchoolsTerms of Employment: Twelve-month position (40 hours per week)Compensation: $45,000 - $56,842Position SummaryThe Quaboag Regional School District is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Grant Writer /21st Century Program Coordinator to identify, secure, and manage grant funding opportunities thatsupport district priorities and improve educational opportunities for students. This individual willwork closely with district administrators, educators, and community partners to develop competitivegrant proposals, oversee grant implementation, and coordinate the District's 21st Century CommunityLearning Centers programs. The successful candidate will also provide financial support to the Director of Finance andOperations by assisting with designated accounting and reporting responsibilities.Essential ResponsibilitiesGrant Development and Management Research, identify, and pursue competitive, entitlement, foundation, corporate, andgovernment grant opportunities aligned with district priorities. Develop, write, submit, and monitor high-quality grant applications within required timelines.

Collaborate with district administrators, educators, and other stakeholders to identify fundingneeds and develop project proposals. Monitor awarded grants to ensure compliance with grant requirements, reporting deadlines,and budget expectations. Prepare grant reports and maintain accurate grant records.Partnership Development Build and maintain partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies, nonprofitorganizations, businesses, and higher education institutions. Represent the district at grant-related meetings, conferences, and professional developmentopportunities.

Share information regarding funding opportunities with district staff and assist departments indeveloping grant-funded initiatives.21st Century Community Learning Centers Coordinate and oversee the District's Elementary and High School 21st Century After-SchoolPrograms. Ensure program implementation aligns with grant requirements and district goals. Coordinate programming, staffing, reporting, evaluation, and compliance activities.Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent.Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred). Minimum of three (3) years of experience in education or a related field (preferred).

Demonstrated experience writing successful grant proposals and pursuing external fundingopportunities. Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with staff, community agencies,governmental organizations, and private partners. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience managing state and federal education grants.

Experience with grant budgeting, fiscal reporting, and compliance. Experience coordinating educational or after-school programs.
