Coaches and instructs players, individually or in groups, regarding the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of the sport. Observes players during competition and practice to determine the needs for individual or team improvement.First Aid/CPR/AED certifiedNFHS Concussion Course completionMIAA Coached Education CompliantModels and demonstrates proper student athlete behavior and provides proper supervision of athletes during all team sanctioned activities. Monitors the academic performance of team members to ensure that eligibility requirements are met.Lead safeguards for student-athletes presence at games, practices, and while traveling on buses.
Inform school nurse or AD on injuries by completing an Accident Report.Remain on-site until all student-athletes have departed after games.
