You will be the first and last point of contact for guests, responsible for taking accurate orders, processing payments, and ensuring a smooth flow between customers and the kitchen. Responsibilities
Greet every customer with warmth and energy
Guide customers through the menu and help them make decisions
Accurately input and confirm orders (dine-in vs. to-go)
Process payments (cash, card, digital) and provide correct change
Communicate clearly with line servers and kitchen staff
Manage customer flow and keep the line moving efficiently
Handle simple customer issues and escalate when needed
Maintain a clean and organized register/front area
