Due to our explosive growth, we are building additional installer teams for our residential install department.
The assistant Installer is much more than a helper position, and the ideal candidate will have 2 years of HVAC install experience, and be motivated to learn and grow into a lead installer themselves. As we grow, so will you.
The Job
The day to day will be you assisting the lead installer and completing install tasks on your own, to insure neat, correct and timely installations.
You must be a team player, and be equally capable of working on your own, and following direction. Pride in workmanship is a must.

REQUIREMENTS:
Pass drug, background, and MVR checks
Have residential HVAC installation experience (2 years minimum)
