Job Description:
We are seeking a NOC Support Engineer with experience in infrastructure monitoring and 24x7 production support environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to VMware, Nutanix, Windows/Linux administration, cloud operations, and monitoring tools such as New Relic and Datadog.Responsibilities include monitoring infrastructure systems, troubleshooting incidents, supporting daily operations, and ensuring system availability across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor enterprise infrastructure including Windows/Linux servers, VMware, Nutanix, storage, and network devices
Perform L1/L1.5 support for incidents, alerts, and outages
Monitor applications, infrastructure, and operational dashboards
Support troubleshooting, escalation, and incident resolution activities
Work with infrastructure, application, and networking teams for issue resolution
Support patching, deployments, maintenance, and DR activities
Maintain operational documentation, reports, and runbooks
Monitor enterprise infrastructure including Windows/Linux servers, VMware, Nutanix, storage, and network devices
