The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting federal agency financial and procurement operations, resolving system issues, and managing system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
Support federal financial management and procurement systems operations
Work closely with financial management, procurement, and program office teams to resolve system-related issues
Analyze business and user requirements to enhance financial and procurement systems
Manage system enhancements and coordinate with Shared Service Providers (SSPs)
Ensure compliance with federal financial management and procurement regulations
Support reporting, interfaces, workflow, conversions, and system integrations
Research, analyze, and reconcile procurement and financial data for accuracy and compliance
Provide system documentation, reporting, and process improvement recommendations
Communicate effectively with users, vendors, leadership, and stakeholders
Prepare presentations, reports, and functional documentation
Support federal financial management and procurement systems operations

Minimum 7 years of experience in federal financial management and procurement systems
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with OFF and federal agency financial/procurement staff
Strong knowledge of:
Federal Shared Service Providers (SSPs)
Federal financial and procurement systems
Data Act and FPDS-NG reporting
Federal G-Invoicing system
Experience managing financial/procurement system enhancements and implementations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with reports, interfaces, workflows, and system integrations
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
