Tristar Engineering & Management, Inc. We are offering a great opportunity to a qualified Project Managers/Construction Manager with proven construction management engineering experience for government and private contracts. Experience Required
Experience should include managing construction capital improvemnt projects (CIPs) as an Owner's Rep with heavy emphasis on undergound utilities and roads:
Civil infrastructure: Experience in application of principles, methods, and techniques of civil engineering as they relate to the construction of drainage systems, underground utilities: gas, electric, fiber, water and reclaimed water systems, sanitary sewer and storm systems, road and bridge construction, traffic control improvements, asphalt and concrete paving, and signalized intersection improvements,
Public facilities: Municipal CIP projects to include buildings, parks, libraries, and public works facilities.
Utility projects- strong emphasis in: Water, sewer, and gas line installation or rehabilitation.
Excellent communication skills are required to work with other engineers, project managers, contractors and inspection staff overseeing and documenting field construction of municipal infrastructure projects. These skills must include the effective use of various computer software that enhance the project management process of monitoring the scope, schedule and budget to complete projects successfully.
