About The Role
Are you ready to take the next step in your sales career? Join us as a Junior Account Executive through our Growth Lab, a global enablement program designed to accelerate the development of early-career sales professionals into full-cycle Sales Professionals.
This role is ideal for individuals who have already gained some experience in a sales-related position, such as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar entry-level role, and are now looking to deepen their skills and grow into a quota-carrying sales position in high tech sales. If you’re naturally curious, driven to understand how customers think, and eager to learn how products solve real business problems, you’ll thrive here.
The Growth Lab Program
Over Six Months, You’ll Follow a Structured Training Path Covering The Full Sales Cycle, From Prospecting And Lead Qualification To Value-based Selling And Closing Deals. You’ll Get:

What You’ll Do
We support pay transparency: for all the roles at Qt we publish the salary ranges in our job ads in compliance with Massachusetts law. Please note that the final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.

In addition to elective benefit options, benefited employees receive paid time off and 12 paid holidays each year.
Pay range for this position is
$110,000—$116,000 USD

This is a hybrid role based in Boston.
What You’ll Do
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound cold calls and emails.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Effectively articulate the value proposition of Qt’s products and services to potential customers.
- Support marketing events by identifying and following up on leads generated through campaigns and industry events.
- Complete the Growth Lab training program, including mentorship, structured learning modules, and hands-on sales experience, to prepare for a transition into a full Sales Representative role.
- A university degree – giving you the foundation to grasp complex ideas and communicate them effectively.
- A curious mindset and eagerness to learn – you dig in until you truly understand how our customers think and how our solutions help them win.
