Role Responsibilities
As a Travel Wound Care Provider, you will:
- Cover vacant territories, provider absences, and new facility start‑ups
- Serve as the initial face of QSM when opening new territories
- Travel across the state —sometimes for a single day, sometimes a full week
- Perform bedside surgical wound care
- Provide in‑person assessments and excellent customer service
- Collaborate with facility staff and internal QSM support teams
Required Qualifications
- Licensed NP (Adult/Geriatric/Family), or PA
- Willingness to travel statewide by car and air
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation (QSM provides rental vehicles for travel assignments)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work onsite with patients
- Comfortable with varying schedules depending on assignment needs
- Proficiency in English
- Basic ability to push/pull equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Wound care experience (helpful but not required)
- 2 years of clinical experience (new grads welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
