CMM Programmer | Join Our Quality Team
Are you passionate about precision measurement, advanced manufacturing technology, and continuous improvement? We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to join our growing Quality team. In this role, you will work with state-of-the-art Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards and customer specifications.

What You'll Do
- Develop and optimize Zeiss CMM programs for production and inspection activities.
- Interpret customer drawings, blueprints, specifications, and GD&T requirements.
- Validate first article inspections and production parts to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and improve measurement processes to support quality and manufacturing teams.
- Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Communicate inspection results, quality concerns, and program changes across departments and shifts.
- Support on-time delivery goals by effectively scheduling CMM activities.
- Maintain quality records, production documentation, and compliance with quality management systems.
- Review and verify shop-floor drawings created from customer specifications.
- Continuously improve processes and contribute ideas that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring to the Team
Education & Knowledge
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of CMM programming or operation experience.
- Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Knowledge of precision measuring equipment, including Calipers, Micrometers and Comparators
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to maintain digital records.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Skills & Abilities
- Experience with Zeiss CMM systems.
- Manufacturing or aerospace machining experience.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation control.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
