QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Forklift Operator at a company in Germantown, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Previous forklift and warehouse experience, with the ability to work overtime required. Apply now!
Forklift Operator Responsibilities:
- Receive and store product
- Pick and pack product, verifying orders based on pack list instructions
- Ship orders based on routing instructions
- Pull and consolidate materials for Production
- Maintain proper levels of shipping supplies at workstations, such as tape, labels, markers, boxes, bags, etc.
- Maintain clean work area
- Provide accurate counts of physical inventory
- Attend and achieve Forklift Certification (if not already certified)
Requirements for Forklift Operator:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous forklift experience
- Able to stand and move on feet all day
- Able to lift up to 70lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in math and organization
- Previous computer experience preferred to handle warehouse management systems and order processing tasks
