QPS is looking for a Director of Skilled Sales! This person will responsible for driving growth, revenue, and market expansion within the Skilled Division. This role provides strategic direction and leadership to a team of sales professionals, ensuring execution of sales initiatives, business development goals, and client retention strategies. The Director collaborates cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to position the organization as a preferred provider of skilled talent solutions.
What You'll be Doing:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve division revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales leaders and account executives.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging markets to expand the Skilled Division’s footprint.
• Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales campaigns, presentations, and promotional strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor data to adapt sales tactics and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Partner with operations leadership to ensure seamless client onboarding, fulfillment, and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent service excellence and contract renewals.
• Establish performance metrics, monitor results, and provide regular reporting to executive leadership.
• Develop and manage the division’s sales budget and forecasts.
• Champion a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
What we Look For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7 years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably within staffing, skilled trades, or workforce solutions.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams to exceed sales targets.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in strategic planning and market development.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools, data analytics, and performance tracking.
• Ability to travel as needed to support clients and field teams.
