Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital & Social Media Marketing Jr. to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, support social media efforts, and contribute to various marketing projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging content for blogs, LinkedIn, email campaigns and the corporate website using stock photo’s, video and Canva.
- Plan and execute original creative design solutions across all departments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Assist with maintaining the organization’s website by regularly creating content across the homepage and subpages while improving overall design, functionality, and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader business and marketing goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new tools to continuously innovate and improve digital marketing tactics.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including drip campaigns.
- Develop, share and maintain a digital marketing calendar
- Manage, organize, and maintain a library of photo and video assets.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software is a plus
- Engage in Conference preparation
