- Shape and deliver the company’s strategic direction and long-term vision
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing executive team
- Spearhead fundraising initiatives and maintain strong investor engagement
- Work closely with the board, scientific leaders, and strategic collaborators
- Establish partnerships and drive sustainable company growth
Ideal Background
- PhD / MD
- Experience as a biotech CSO/CEO or another senior leadership role
- Proven success in developing molecular glue candidates from discovery into clinical development
- Well-connected within biotech, pharmaceutical, and investment communities
- Background in oncology, immunology, or advanced therapeutic platforms is advantageous
