We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong analytical depth and hands‑on technical capability. This role sits at the intersection of data, product, and engineering, supporting the design and delivery of data‑driven solutions across the business. You will work closely with software development teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical specifications, build data insights, and support the integration of AI‑driven capabilities into products and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Perform data mining, profiling, and validation to support product decisions and operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain data models, process flows, and system documentation.
- Partner with engineering teams to understand dependencies, technical constraints, and system interactions.
- Support Agile product development, including backlog refinement, user story creation, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with BI teams to build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI/ML tools into business processes and product features.
- Conduct impact assessments, gap analysis, and root‑cause investigations for system or data issues.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business‑friendly language for stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across all reporting and analytics activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar hybrid role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning).
- Experience with data mining, data validation, and working with large datasets.
- Understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Experience building or interpreting data models (logical, conceptual, physical).
- Hands‑on experience working with software development teams in Agile environments.
- Ability to map and document process flows, system dependencies, and integration points.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and practical use of AI tools in business workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Salary : $86,000 - $110,000
