Qoob Search is seeking an experienced and growth-driven leader to serve as Head of Growth, leading customer acquisition, go-to-market strategy, and scalable growth initiatives across the organization.

This role is ideal for a strategic and execution-oriented growth leader who will own user acquisition, retention, lifecycle engagement, and strategic partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, business development, and data.

As a seed-funded startup, you will be responsible for Qoob’s user growth and will own the funnel end-to-end. From executing GTM strategies, through the onboarding flows, all the way to driving daily active usage, you will define, build, and run the playbook.
Summary of the role: You will help define how the company grows from early traction to category leadership. You will build the funnel, conduct rapid structured experiments, bridge the product, and build the team. Responsible for:
● Develop and execute scalable customer acquisition and go-to-market strategies for User acquisition across organic, paid, referral, and
partnership channels.
● Build and optimize lead generation, pipeline development, user retention, and engagement through lifecycle optimization.
● Help define, refine company positioning, growth messaging, and customer acquisition strategy, input on monetization support, and go-to-
market initiatives.
● Execute as both an entrepreneur and operator in a high-growth environment.
● Strategic distribution and ecosystem partnerships.
You’re a fit if: You are tired of inefficiencies in big tech and want to visualize the value of your creation.
● 5–10 years of experience in growth, partnerships, product marketing, business development, or related roles.
● Proven experience scaling consumer apps or products, with a strong understanding of growth funnels, lifecycle marketing, and user analytics.
● You have an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives on shaping and implementing the playbook, not inheriting one.
● You blend creative storytelling with rigorous data and tech fluency with an analytical mindset and experience using data to drive decisions.
● You have a bias for action, speed to implement, and chase a zero-to-one startup.
● Proven success in negotiating and managing strategic partnerships.
● Experience in start-ups or fast-paced environments.
