This role focuses on lead generation, dealer development, and sales support within a manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and prospect new dealers to build a sales pipeline.Support outside sales and Business Development Managers.Manage and maintain customer and prospect data in CRM.Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.Develop and maintain relationships with existing dealers.Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.Required QualificationsAssociate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.1–5 years of inside sales or call center experience (manufacturing preferred).Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.Ability to work onsite in Oxford, CT.
