We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to lead all maintenance and reliability activities at a mining operation. This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance teams across multiple shifts and ensuring safe, reliable operation of mobile and stationary equipment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead maintenance and reliability for mobile and plant equipment.Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs using a CMMS.Supervise mechanics and electricians across multiple shifts.Enforce safety programs and maintain a safe work environment.Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and cost reduction initiatives.Drive continuous improvement and minimize repeat equipment failures.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.10 years in maintenance/reliability with 7 years in leadership.5 years of mining experience (underground mining preferred).Strong CMMS experience and maintenance planning skills.Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to meet physical demands and pass required screenings.No sponsorship available.
