Incedo Inc. is seeking experienced IAM Product Managers and Product Owners to lead the strategy, delivery, and implementation of modern identity and access management solutions. These roles focus on building secure authentication experiences, managing IAM platforms, and collaborating closely with engineering, security, and compliance teams across enterprise and customer-facing systems. We have two distinct opportunities depending on your experience and career focus:
Experience: 8–15 years in Product Management or Platform Ownership for IAM
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end strategy and roadmap for IAM platforms (Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, Entra ID, Auth0).
- Drive modernization initiatives including passwordless authentication, MFA, and adaptive/risk-based access.
- Collaborate with Security, Risk, Compliance, and Architecture teams to ensure alignment with Zero Trust, PCI, SOC2, and NIST frameworks.
- Engage with stakeholders to define vision, prioritize features, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven IAM platform ownership beyond project delivery.
- Hands-on experience with passwordless, MFA, and adaptive authentication strategies.
- Strong background in financial services, banking, wealth management, or FinTech.
Disqualifiers:
- Pure project management or scrum-only experience.
- IAM exposure limited to SSO onboarding or operational support.
- No strategic or roadmap ownership experience.
Experience: 6–12 years as Product Owner or IAM Delivery Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead hands-on IAM implementations including MFA, SSO, and federation integrations (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2).
- Translate security and compliance requirements into Agile stories and deliverables.
- Onboard applications, define MFA policies, and execute federation integrations.
- Work closely with engineering and security architecture teams to deliver high-quality IAM solutions.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in implementing IAM platforms (Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, Entra ID).
- Strong Agile Product Owner skills with security/IAM domain knowledge.
- Experience working with MFA policy rollout and application federation.
Disqualifiers:
- No hands-on IAM implementation exposure.
- Generic PO experience without security/IAM depth.
- IAM experience limited to business apps without core IAM work.
Salary : $109,000 - $120,000
