Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong financial/banking domain expertise to work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in client onboarding, requirements gathering, workflow design, and e‑signature platforms while leveraging SQL and data analysis to drive informed business decisions.Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Drive end-to-end requirement lifecycle management including elicitation, validation, prioritization, and sign-off.
- Support client onboarding initiatives, ensuring compliance with banking and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze existing and proposed business workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
- Work closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Use SQL and data analysis techniques to validate data, generate insights, and support decision-making.
- Support implementation and integration of e‑signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign) within onboarding and approval workflows.
- Act as a bridge between business, operations, compliance, and IT teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect triage to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Prepare documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Total 9 years of experience 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, preferably Wealth Management.
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
- Experience working with data-driven requirements and collaborating with data/engineering teams.
- Proven experience with e‑sign / e‑signature platforms (mandatory: DocuSign).
- Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of workflow design, process mapping, and optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with digital onboarding platforms or customer lifecycle management systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Exposure to APIs, system integrations, or fintech platforms.
- Experience in driving automation initiatives in banking operations.
