Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AEM solution design and implementation.
- Define technical architecture and best practices for AEM components, templates, and workflows.
- Develop and review AEM components using Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
- Customize and manage AEM workflows, templates, and content models.
- Integrate AEM with backend systems using REST APIs and microservices.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of AEM applications.
- Lead code reviews and enforce development standards.
- Guide and mentor AEM developers and support their technical growth.
- Collaborate with UX, product owners, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for AEM environments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x / AEM Cloud Service).
- Expertise in Sling Models, OSGi, JCR, and Apache Felix.
- Proficiency in Java, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and HTL (Sightly).
- Experience with AEM workflows, MSM, and content fragments.
- Solid understanding of AEM Dispatcher, caching, and CDN concepts.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with build and deployment tools: Maven, Git, Jenkins.
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Good to Have
