Job title: AEM Solutions Engineer Lead
Location: Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Duration: 12 Months
Hours: 35 hours/week
Overview:
The selected consultant will lead Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development efforts supporting the NYC.gov redesign and rollout of the NYC Design System across guided digital experiences.

Key Requirements:

  • 8 years of AEM development experience (Sites, Assets, Sling Jobs, workflows)

  • Strong leadership experience (mentoring, code reviews, best practices)

  • Expertise in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  • Experience with Dispatcher configuration, caching, and performance tuning

  • AEM Cloud Service and CI/CD tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins) experience

  • Strong troubleshooting and Agile experience

Preferred Skills:
Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Akamai CDN, Smartling/TransPerfect, Coveo/Solr

Additional Notes:

  • Hybrid role based in Brooklyn, NY

  • Background check required

  • Overtime requires prior approval
