Job Description Overview
- Skilled professional with strong expertise in own discipline and working knowledge of related fields
- Performs specialized and moderately complex tasks with moderate supervision

- Execute moderately complex assignments requiring specialized knowledge and judgment

- Experience working with systems such as SAP (e.g., P80 or similar enterprise platforms)

- Familiarity with instrumentation calibration processes and standards
- May supervise team members or serve as a subject matter resource for less experienced colleagues
- Demonstrated experience providing guidance, coaching, or informal leadership
- Supports team performance by reinforcing best practices and accountability
- Effective collaborator with the ability to influence outcomes across functions
- Applies sound judgment, experience, and precedent to solve complex problems
- Evaluates multiple solution paths, balancing risk, efficiency, and business impact
