Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise roofing crews on commercial job sites

Install and oversee installation of:
- Standing seam roofing systems
- Corrugated metal panels
- Snap-lock roofing systems
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Coordinate daily job site activities, materials, and manpower
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Communicate with project managers and other trades on-site
- Troubleshoot issues in the field to maintain productivity
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience leading roofing crews (Foreman or Lead role)
- Strong background in commercial roofing (required)
- Proven experience with metal roofing systems (standing seam, corrugated, snap-lock)
- Ability to read blueprints and manage job site execution
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $28–$33 per hour (based on experience)

Salary : $28 - $33
