Structural Welder

Key Responsibilities:* Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding schematics to determine appropriate welding procedures.* Perform structural welding (primarily FCAW and/or SMAW) on carbon steel and structural components in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.* Operate fabrication tools safely, including plasma torches, grinders, bevelers, and overhead cranes.* Inspect structural welds to ensure they meet quality standards, structural codes, and 100% penetration requirements.* Maintain a clean, safe workspace and adhere strictly to all OSHA and company safety guidelines.
