As a Senior Technical Artist, you'll play a key role in producing top-tier art and animation for characters, environments, UI, and VFX, helping bring immersive and visually stunning casino games to life.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality 2D and 3D animations for characters, environments, UI, and VFX using industry-standard animation principles.
- Create optimized rigging, weighting, and animation files for Unity.
- Design efficient texture sheets and assets for seamless integration in Unity.
- Collaborate closely with cross-discipline teams to generate creative ideas and solutions.
- Demonstrate strong time management to meet quality, specification, and delivery deadlines.
- Prioritize optimization and performance when integrating assets into the game engine.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment between art, gameplay, and narrative goals.
- Participate in art reviews, provide and receive constructive feedback, and revise work as needed.
Job Knowledge:
- Senior-level proficiency in 2D/3D art and animation (characters, environments, UI, VFX).
- 3 years of professional Unity experience and 5 years in game development.
- Skilled in Maya, Blender, Unity, Photoshop, and Perforce.
- Technical expertise in modeling, skinning, and rigging 2D/3D assets and characters.
- Strong understanding of animation optimization for game engines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality art and animations under ambitious timelines.
- Must submit a portfolio or showreel demonstrating art and animation capabilities.
