Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our fast-paced environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment. Your responsibilities will encompass food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Duties

• Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and safety standards.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet health regulations.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
• Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area for guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Follow food safety protocols to ensure the quality and safety of all food products served.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation and handling within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is preferred but not required.
• Strong culinary skills with an understanding of basic cooking techniques.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Sales experience with a focus on upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is a plus.
