Fast Food Team Member

Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Fast Food Team Member, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient food operations in a quick service and fast food restaurant environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas following food safety guidelines
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and restocking supplies as needed
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with sanitation standards
• Support team members in various roles including serving, food prep, and kitchen duties as required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or the food industry is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
• Ability to perform food preparation tasks quickly while maintaining quality standards
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with cashiering, upselling, and serving in a restaurant or café setting is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset

Pay: $16.66 - $17.66 per hour
