What You’ll Do
- Lead the delivery of Tulip applications across LP1 - managing the backlog, prioritizing use cases, and driving apps from requirements through go-live across shop floor digitization, quality, maintenance, and other site functions.
- Build Tulip apps locally when needed - technically capable enough to develop and configure, not just manage.
- Serve as the primary liaison between LP1 and the Global Tulip team - aligning on platform standards, roadmap dependencies, and reuse of global app patterns.
- Field incoming Tulip questions and requests from site stakeholders.
- Hands-on Tulip platform experience - able to build, configure, and troubleshoot Tulip apps independently.
- Proven delivery lead experience - comfortable managing a backlog, running stakeholder intake, and driving projects to completion without heavy oversight.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - this role is as much about fielding questions and driving adoption as it is about building.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment with both local site teams and global platform organizations.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments and shop floor workflows.
