Join a landmark project as QCS partner with our client a global biologics organization to drive delivery of a cutting-edge facility in South San Francisco. Be part of a large-scale investment and play a pivotal role in bringing this world-class program to life.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a portfolio-wide procurement strategy aligned to site masterplan and long term asset strategy
- Operate within / alongside a central PMO structure
- Lead upstream strategic procurement decisions, not just execution
- Act as Procurement Lead on two major capital projects
- Proven experience in large-scale capital programmes (£/$/€1bn )
- Portfolio or programme-level procurement leadership
- Experience working within or alongside a PMO environment
- Strong exposure to capital procurement models (EPC, EPCM, frameworks, alliances, etc.)
