What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules for Maintenance Package Delivery activities associated with new asset delivery.
- Coordinate planning activities supporting Reliability Engineering (RE), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Metrology deliverables.
- Support alignment between maintenance readiness activities and construction, commissioning, qualification, and turnover schedules.
- Work closely with the MPD Lead to ensure all asset delivery activities remain on track and visible to project leadership.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Project Management, or related technical discipline preferred.
- Pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing experience.
- Experience supporting maintenance planning, scheduling, or reliability activities.
- Strong scheduling and coordination capability.
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar scheduling platforms.
- Understanding of GMP and compliance-driven environments.
