We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Dublin, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Senior Planner to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage high-level program schedules for capital projects, ensuring accurate forecasting and project alignment.
- Own and oversee the Owner Verification Schedule and Operational Readiness Schedule, integrating project phases and milestones.
- Lead schedule reviews, ensuring contractor submissions align with overall project strategy, scope, and deadlines.
- Conduct critical path analysis, identify risks, and provide recovery strategies to maintain project integrity.
- Extensive experience in project scheduling and planning within large-scale CAPEX projects (pharmaceutical sector preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Previous experience working for an EPCM and therefore a strong understanding of EPCM contracts, project logic, and scheduling methodologies.
