We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct daily field walks to validate installed quantities across CSA, MEP, utilities, and process systems.
- Independently verify contractor percent-complete assessments prior to pay application approval.
- Cross-reference installed work against IFC drawings, BOQs, and contract scope.
- Identify inconsistencies between reported progress and physical execution.
- Extensive experience on large-scale capital construction projects ($500M ).
- Demonstrated, hands-on construction site experience not solely office-based cost control.
- Proven ability to physically validate installed work and progress in the field.
- Extensive experience reviewing and negotiating contractor change orders tied directly to construction conditions.
